  Step 1) print all 3 (three) documents below
  Step 2) fill out, in full, all three documents (call office with any questions)
  Step 3) mail all documents, copy of photo id OF GUARANTOR, and $25 application fee in form of check or money order to:

*to insure the reservation of your apartment, please include with your application, your $100 "Good Faith Payment"
