• Floor Plan A (View) - Executive Housing - $1,600.00 per month. Includes electric, water, sewer, cable and internet $800.00 deposit + $25.00 application fee.
  
• Floor Plan B (View) - $410.00 per month. Fully furnished. Includes electric, water, sewer, cable and internet. You have a private bedroom and share the living areas. $200 deposit required + $25.00 application fee.
  
• Floor Plan C (View) - $625.00 per month. Includes water, sewer, cable and internet. Resident is responsible for electric. $200 deposit required + $25.00 application fee.
